A short delay after pushing in the power button is normal on all of the
above scopes.
There should not be much difference in the power supply because those
all use the same main board which includes the power supply and analog
signal paths from the inputs to the CRT. Some of the non-DSO 22xx
series like the 2225A and I would guess the 2213A and 2215A also use
the same main board.
