In the Mod Summary there are three levels of mods.
Requested, Recommended and Info Only. The cap mod mentioned in my Telex pdf
is the only one with Recommended, all the other are Info Only, so not many
important mods. The cap mod has number M57487 but there is no S/N or date
linked to it, only a P/N change of the board to suffix -02. The EPL in the latest
manual says they were changed at B054175, probably sometimes after Aug 85.
