Did you try an older version ? TekVisa v2.03 is part of the TDS5000B Firmware download on Tek's website: https://www.tek.com/en/support/software/firmware/tds5000b-series-firmware Win2k is supported. /

That Wiki info is incorrect. From my previous post (according to manuals and RPR) 154-0838-00 was used only 2213 and 2215. 154-0861-00 was used in 2213A, 2215A, 2235 and 2236. and 2213/15 have 8kV ano

Succesfully upgraded TDS620 to TDS640.
As far as I know TDS620 and TDS640 don't share the same Firmware although the version numbers are the same. /H?kan
