Lecroy, or Nicolet... or some other manufacturer.
The Keller book (rev.1991, pg 17) indeed describes the exact technique as used in my scope, even the amber filter.
I wonder what P7 does to the writing speed. At 50 Hz trigger and 100ns/div the trace is very dim (could be normal).
