Only found a brief description of the first two:
160-9569-02: Processor (probably with an internal F/W ROM)
165-2456-00: Micro circuit, hybrid
These are used only in AM503B and AM5030
I10412-01 is probably 156-6224-00 which was replaced by 156-6224-01 which equals I10412-04 and is:
±õ°ä,°ä°¿±·³Õ·¡¸é°Õ·¡¸é:°ä²Ñ°¿³§,¶Ù/´¡,12¨Cµþ±õ°Õ,¶Ù´¡°ä±«³¢´¡°Õ°¿¸é
It is used also in most of the original TDS's plus a few other instruments.
