I have a 2232 with a broken flex at the storage buttons below the bezel. Mine has a break at the SAVE button and I got one from Qservice that was supposedly good but it has a break at the 4K button. That leads me to believe it's a common problem. I have managed to "repair" my existing flex but I know it's a temporary repair.

Has anyone found a source for the flex? I am in contact with the original manufacturer of the flex and am looking into having an engineering run of the flex made. I suspect it might fit other scopes as well but not sure.

Questions:
Does anyone already have a source of the part?

Is there any interest if I can get them to make a run?
