So on my TDS744a, are there software locked features as well? The only one
I don't have, I believe is the 1M which I assume requires a memory upgrade.
I have 05, 13, 1F, 2F.

Options like the hard drive and video trigger don't require activation, but
I don't think you will get option 2M just by adding the hard drive. Option
2M always came with a hard drive, but you could have a hard drive without
option 2M. I think you can even add option 2M without a hard drive as long
as you have the larger memory on the acquisition board.
