Hello everyone,
I have aquired a database of test equipment parts that provides
information on part numbers such as NSN, original
manufacturer/supplier, similar P/Ns, manufacturers P/N, etc. It has
about 24,000 Tek parts and 57,000 HP parts along with other equipment
manufacturers. It has parts in it up to about year 1995.
Let me know of any parts you are looking for info about and I will
try to accomodate you with the information.
Just for a try, I got out my Tek 535A manual and started searching.
I checked the CRT P/N and found about 6 P/Ns that will fit the scope.
Three of the parts are not even manufactured by Tek. Tek may have
subcontracted these other companies (Fairchild and 2 other ones) to
make CRTs for them (Stan: any idea?).
I also checked some ICs, transistors, and diodes that from other
manuals that Tek did not show the manufacturers P/N and most of the
time they are in this database (along with company addresses and
phone numbers).
I can email and provide the information in a ".prt" type file that
can be viewed with MS Word or other text viewer.
