Re: Shortened Oil Pan
I think that would work fine except it would be difficult to drain all of the oil. Possibly an external, large capacity filter housing from a diesel truck, (with a filter either in place or not)

Re: Shortened Oil Pan
What about adding an external oil cooler to increase capacity? Would that
make a difference, or, is the idea that you want more oil floating around in
the sump?
A group purchase on the harness is

Re: subaru turbo @ 210 hp
my engine is from a 94 liberty rs turbo , which in standard form here in Australia were 149kw. I have worked the exhaust manifold from the turbo out with a taper to incorporate the wastegate flow.

Hi folks
Do the AC hoses in the van simply connect to the stock subaru compressor? Is it that simple to connect? I realize the system will need to be purged and refilled. Are adapter hoses available

I am thinking a lot about how to plumb my Vanaru transplant. Hobart and
others

Re: Supervising Pullout???
We provide the 6 nuts for the exhaust but not the 2 nuts for the Subaru

Look in the glove compartment for the owners manual for engine service
requirements.
Now that you know what wiring harness connectors you need look the new

Re: best match: automatic or standard ?
My van is a South African import to Australia (Microbus), and it has the
standard tranny in it . you may be surprised that it is a very strong box
considering the original engines power output.
