I have two installed right now. Original was CV joint type, seemed to work well enough.? However in the name of spending money and tracking down options, I installed a GoWesty speedometer style.? It too works fine.
I don't recall the pulses per rotation, can check. However at the moment it does register the van as "moving".
I can get rid of this issue by installing a fixed pulse VSS to always show the van as moving, but I am picky enough to want a working VSS...
