Chapter 11 Review

Vern

Hi, thought I'd review here instead of on FF so I can see your
response. I still haven't figured out how to over there, but then I'm
a slow old handyelf and these here newfangled electronical gizmos tend
to make me a little batty. (I heard that smirk) Ah hem, now on with
the review. That was bloody brilliant. Such a moving and inspired bit
of literature I have seldom scene in the annals of fanficdom. Are you
suitibly impressed? have I gotten your attention? Goody, really I just
wanted to say that the way you put that chapter together was quite
well done. I am greatly enjoying Harry and his attempts to be patient
with Dumbdore and Snarvellus, and the way they just keep trying, and
he just keeps pushing them out of his way. The Ball was a hoot. Ron,
Dean, and Seamus just don't get it, maybe one day... Loved the scene
in the rose garden as Draco finally gets a clue. Gotta love Luna and
her sweet dottiness. Then again, she is such a lady in the way she
deals with attackers. I guess ya gotta wonder who trained those two
trolls to look like students. They couldn't possibly be human and be
that clueless could they? Ah well, at least the two lovers got back to
the dance. Looking forward to Xmas at Grimmauld Place and to the
revelation of Harry's big plan, that should be very interesting.
Thanks loads for sharing such fine work with your adoring fans.

Yes, you have our attention. Shall I put on my tux to recieve our
award? :)

Actually we have no particular preference where the reviews go. If
you're more comfortable with using ff.net, then do so. If you prefer
here, be our guest.

I know everyone is dying to see what Harry has up his sleeves. Well it
ain't a rabbit. :)

I suppose I could tell everyone just what is going to happen in a
special scene at grimmauld place.... or I could reveal the reasons WHY
the plan must happen, then eventually, unfold the plan in all its
majesty as it happens.

Personally the second option sounds better if you ask me Vern. It's my
own way of tormenting you readers. And you guys love it. :P

Hi, I reviewed on FF.net as well, but if I review here I'll probably get various other people shooting me down...if you think it's strange that I'm on a different email at FFN, it's because I prefer a bit of order...

?

So Harry's leg isn't going to get better at all? Rats, that's a bummer...

Boxing day at 10? I DO hope Dumbledore's hacked off for that one if nothing else, although it seems to get in the way, somewhat, of Draco's idea of taking Snape's poor teaching/grading to the BOG. Oh, and does Harry have a portkey of his own like he gave to others? Along those lines, is the snowflake Hermione's portkey?

Harry's giving Dumbledore too many chances, in my opinion, he said last chapter that next time he was pushing back and that Dimple wouldn't like it right? So how exactly is a sticking charm so bad? Sure it demonstrates power, but doesn't actually do much else right? Although perhaps he should just turn Snape to much, literally, in front of Dumbly... Oh, and taking it a bit further, how about dealing with the other Gryfs? Mayb maim a few...

Draco/Luna? Well there's a weird pairing, but if it works out then cool! They are cute together, I think, at least.

The Chamber of Secrets from the Head Girl's room? Now there's a cool twist! I had the idea of Harry cleaning out the Chamber and using it for himself? How about adding the Fidelius to it as well in this story? I mean, if/when Harry&co come back to Britain, the Chamber seems like a good place to start, even if just a foothold.

So far Harry seems to have everyone he actually needs, in terms of humans both magic and muggle. What about the goblins? I get the feeling that they wouldn't take too kindly to it if they were attacked by Voldy while Harry knew about it but didn't do anything about it? Oh, and what do the Weasley boys mean when they said "spring"? And is Charlie going along, or even in the know?

Hmm, after at least two whole seconds of careful and extended
consideration I have come to one inescapable conclusion. You are at
least as diabolical as Abraxan. But then again you are correct in that
fanfic readers must, by the very nature of their obsession, be at
least slightly masochistic. How else could we manage to survive day to
day or week to week waiting for the next update from out favourite
authors. Some of us, of course, are slightly more so than others of
course and get off on...ooops, that may go into the realm of TMI.
Sorry, lost my head again. (And get your mind out of the gutter, not
that head) So where was I...Oh yes. I was begging and pleading for the
next chapter so I can once again fulfill my dream of reading so late
into the night that I not only don't make it to work on time, but I
also anger my wife, wind up divorced, and live on the streets with
only my laptop and a wireless connection for companionship. Hmmm, now
that doesn't sound toooooo bad....
