Re: Old style Impeller for W35b. (Westerbeke Part#034440) FREE for the postage.
I used to have a 27A and had replaced the water pump, If needed, a new style pin can be put into an old style impeller. ?The new style pin is a smaller diameter, but the brass ring threads are the same. ?One side of the pin is slotted for a screwdriver. ?

I was under the impression that the actual impeller is the same for both the old-style and new style pumps.? I have a new replacement pump in a box as a spare and the impeller looks identical to the old pump version.? I've been sourcing Johnson impellers rather than through Westerbeke.? Re: 402 deck organizers
My Lewmar block for my mainsheet was in sad shape.? I was able to obtain delrin bearings and thought it would be simple to disassemble and replace, especially after talking to a rigger.?I talked to Lewmar who also said disassembly was possible.? Not so.? It was virtually impossible to completely disassemble and remove old bearings and replace with new.?? When I tried to source a replacement Lewmar was really disappointing on the customer service and product angle and I ultimately went to Harken.? Great bunch there.? Super helpful and accessible, and I'll have a new mainsheet block on my 402 this spring.?? Although my experience was not on deck blocks specifically,?but if you can refit with Harken with the same bolt patterns, that might be the way to go.? You can call them direct.? Customer service was good. On Wed, Mar 19, 2025 at 12:11?AM Dan Grossman via <ldg004=[email protected]> wrote: The Lewmar deck organizers on our 402 are in kind of sad shape. Re: 402 deck organizers
My understanding is that delrin sheaves are better for static loads than bb. Obviously depends on which sheave but organizers are largely static. And small.

Dimensions for 1990 38 mkll
Hi, i need some help with a dimension for a 1990 38 mkll with a wing keel, not easily found online!
I'm a long way from the boat so can't measure myself.
I need the height from the bottom of the keel ( winged) to the highest point on the cabin top.?
This is to see if we can get it into barn without the mast (of course) with restricted height.
Thanks in advance

Snowy Owl has both a 120V Seafrost unit and an engine driven unit. ?I would like to size the new inverter to occasionally run the 110V refrigeration unit obviating the need to run the engine in quiet anchorage during a multi day stop. I have yet to add solar to the boat, another thing on the to do list.
?
Regarding fitting a new inverter in the space where the existing Heart Freedom 10 is; there doesn't seem to be many option that will fit. I can't remove the interconnecting bulkhead to extend it forward as you have done on your boat since on the $02 there is a water tank just forward. ?The only options seem to be to find one that fits or move it elsewhere, into the cockpit locker or maybe under the stairs. ??

Sabre 402 - Bimini
Good morning Sabre enthusiasts,
?
I have a customer that is replacing their Bimini ?on their 402 with split backstay. The pushpit is original, as are all mounting points, so I would assume that this would be a fit for nearly any original 402. The Bimini is in perfect condition, we are replacing it to accommodate a solar array.?
if there are any 402 owners out there that are interested in it, please send me an email.?
