Make sure your default port of 4569 is open on port forwarding in your router to allow inbound connections

My friend with a SHARI Allstar can connect to a "group" Node and we can talk through that node, but he cannot connect directly to my SHARI node at home.? I also cannot connect to his SHARI node at his home for a direct one-to-one QSO.
He uses a Verizon WIFI system where he has no control over which ports he can OPEN.
Anything that we can try differently or fix?
