I am a new Ham and new to Allstar, and just built my Shari PiHat Allstar node last week. I keep my new node in the living room so I can have a hard line to my router and the SA818 comm status green blinking light makes a great disco light, but is a little distracting when trying to watch TV.
?
Does anyone happen to know where that command line is located so I can comment "out" the status light, or is their a setting somewhere I'm missing, or possibly another alerterntive beside covering the led.

I have the 52pi build with the Lexan "smoked" cover which definetly allows you to see all of the lights.
?
My rationale is that if I have a "comm" issue, I'll be logging into the node anyway and I can comment "in" the status light.
