I don't know what to tell you.?? I've not purchased new tires for my Esprit S2 or ?clat in the last few years (Covid +), and of late many of the smaller diameter performance tires have disappeared from the market.?? 13" & 14" rims in particular, but also 15".?? I was thinking of doing an internet survey after the holidays, but for now, I don't have an answer... I'm wondering myself.

Then, of course, due to the difference in stock wheel widths, the tires that work on my S2 won't be right for your S1.

I used to be into autocrossing.?? I liked the handling of the DOT Road Race tires so much, that I started using them as my only tires... street & AutoX.?? Currently, I have two Eclats, an Esprit S2, a Europa S2 and a MR2 Mk1 SC, all sitting on DOT Road Race Tires.?? Tread life in 'miles' isn't any where near as long as with 'street' tires, but they're 'quality' miles.

I've attached a PDF... so lets see if the attachment comes through okay.?? For now, it's old news, and just fodder for thought.?? We can talk later after I do an internet survey of available tire sizes... maybe after the first of the year.?? 'Til then, I'm trying not to get too depressed.
