I¡¯ve had issues, written the head of the NY Post Office, conversed with congressional office and have gotten no satisfaction. The local carrier seems to know how to solve some of the issues but there is no shortage poor management, absenteeism and apathy.
I¡¯d say mail delivery should be privatized. Keep the best, hire the best.
