Try using a different browser. Chrome kept hanging, ironically, but the Microsoft Edge browser worked fine. I did have to re-purchace my NYA membership, though, which I had actually just renewed last month, but it somehow wasn't recognizing that today, even though it was yesterday! We'll see if I can get a refund about that..?
Just to clarify, apparently NYA didn't actually charge me a second time -- I got an email from them thanking me for "updating my payment info," with no charge attached. But the site sure looked like it was gonna charge me again!?
