Ticket for Monchengladbach 'stehplatz' without discount

I bought my 2 ordinary ‘PK2 stehplatz’ tickets for the Monchengladbach Sparkassenpark stadion on the 4th of July (!), and it went well, but without discount. Does anybody know what is the use of the budget code? Is it only meant
for the pre-sale possibility? I’m a little disappointed as a long time member of the Neil Young Archives…..
