This morning's pre-sale


 

Was totally jammed up in waiting time.
When finally got thru to the code page, and clicked thru, I received :
"Your Browsing Activity Has Been Paused"
kept getting the same message again and again.? Didn't even matter which?show I chose, I got the same?message.? Very frustrating.
Was this because there were 8 ET shows. ? Maybe because?NYA has?a?different email and CC than T-Master?? This bites.
Will have to try when the public sale happens.

Try using a different browser. Chrome kept hanging, ironically, but the Microsoft Edge browser worked fine. I did have to re-purchace my NYA membership, though, which I had actually just renewed last month, but it somehow wasn't recognizing that today, even though it was yesterday! We'll see if I can get a refund about that..?

Just to clarify, apparently NYA didn't actually charge me a second time -- I got an email from them thanking me for "updating my payment info," with no charge attached. But the site sure looked like it was gonna charge me again!?

I ended up at Chrome incognito.? I haven’t been able to buy tix from Ticketmaster on my regular browser for a while.? First I lost Edge and switched to Firefox which worked a while and then not.? I went direct to Ticketmaster and they suggested Chrome Incognito as an option.? So far so good.? I got the dreaded session suspended message too often.

Try logging in again now. We were able to get tickets on the East coast for a show and one in California just now. The system feels frustrating because the NYA was not loading well. I was calmer when I bought the California ones because I knew that if I was patient it would work. Now that it’s past the initial rush, it might load for you now.?


 

I got a response from NYA that they had trouble with the website but it was fixed at 10:24 AM this morning.? ?

Here is what I got from NYA:
?
"Some unexpected technical issues caused a delay in the presale codes becoming available, but these should now be resolved- our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. This issue affected all NYA subscribers."


 

Same issue here, with ad-blockers stopped just a clean browser, went in via a VPN and it went through.
I would think using a VPN would trip their "security" measures.


 

In case this is still relevant, some feedback from NYA. If for any reason you still haven't been able to buy a ticket, contact Customer Support. If that doesn't work, contact me.
1. The initial problems were caused by server overload which caused a software glitch which seemed to set subscriptions temporarily to "free". This was fixed inside an hour and delays got shorter going West as the time zones progressed. If as a result you took out an additional paid subscription, please monitor the situation. You should not be charged. Contact NYA Customer Support if you have any difficulties with this.
2. The problems with access affected everyone, so the playing field stayed more or less level, but NYA apologises anyway. Tickets are still available if you missed out for any reason.
3. NYA has no control over the "grey" non-available areas on seating plans. The Hollywood Bowl for example has yearly subscribers covering all concerts.
4. A small number who paid their subs in the past by Stripe may as a result of a Stripe bug not be flagged as paid subscribers. If in doubt, contact NYA.
Let me know if NYA Customer Support does not seem to handle your problem relatively speedily.
