Running a Pi 3, 7 inch touch screen (using a mouse), FT-817nd, Yaesu CAT cable and homebrewed interface. I installed the W3DJS V2.0 image of ham radio apps. It is up and running, but I have noticed some odd things:
1. The window for the WSJT-x cannot be reduced beyond a certain size. It is a bit large for the 7 inch screen so to operate all the buttons I have to "grab" the window by using ALT and the mouse left button to move the window around. It is annoying, but does work. Is there another version of WSJT-x that I could install over the current one to fix this? In the W3DJS V1.0 WSJT-x, I was able to fit it all onto the screen.?
Dennis,
Thank you for the report with regards to the 7 inch screen. I don't know if this will specifically help you, but it can't hurt to try... There is another weak-signal software program installed -- JTDX. You might try running JTDX and see if it will fit within your screen dimensions.
I hope this helps. 73,
