Re: I have a working ma 988 racal loudspeaker
Sorry, Jimmy, I should have noted that you'd said 50
ohms. Any ideas, anyone?
You've given us a new Racal model number, thouh.
Anyone know what the MA4988 is for?

Hi, All,
Thanks to Tom and Alan, we've managed to identify the strange TRA967-
based portable radio.
It's apparently called a PRM.4067B
As far as I'm concerned, it's this sort of response that

Does anyone have either or both of the MA4985A Local Control Unit, or

Re: Strange Racal set
Hmm, afraid my information is pretty sketchy, Alan. The "Concise
Catalogue" has a picture, but just says " TA970H, 25 watts, 14-32
volts, for use with TRA967"!

Re: Strange Racal set
Actually, I think there is a regulator inside to supply the 967 with 12 Volts.
Where do I find specs on the 970?
Thank you.
