My name is Chris Lumsden & I live in Sydney, Australia.
I have been collecting military radios for several years.
The Racal sets I have are the BCC39B, PRC-349, PRM-4720, Jaguar V
variant, and two MEROD terminals.
I like the Racal gear very much. Well built & work very well.
The other UK set I have is the MEL PRC-319 HF manpack.
Bob, sorry but I dont wish to sell one of my MEROD terminals.
The whole point of me having two is to use them together.
I do have my ham license, so yes we could try having a MEROD contact
on HF. That would be fun !
I will also be soon getting a Plessey terminal, the same as you have.
Does the terminal transmit standard ASCII ? It says this in the
Janes book I have. I hope it does !
