Andrew, Have you tried all available USB ports? A hub? Another computer? It is unlikely to be a fault in the QDX but it will help to be sure of that. Note that all you need to do is look at Device

Hello Bill here N3GTY.? I have found that first do not power the QDX prior to starting computer. Also did the QDX flash rapidly on power up? Just a couple of things to check I hope this helps 73 Bill
