Re: No handshake with computer. Computer does not see the QDX at all.

 

Hi Bill.? The computer is running first.

I connected the usb cable and turned on the QDX.? The red led flashess rapidly then goes steady as it is suposed to.? My device manager does not pop up with a new port.? Also WSJT-X does not recognize teh QDX at all either.
