If there is an error with T401 (soldering???) the RX will have both sidebands or the wrong sideband and the frequency offset would be off. That CW-R is not working as expected suggest that as well.

It sounds like you're listening to the wrong sideband, but I don't know how that could happen. Have you verified that you have good image rejection / single-signal reception? On receive, your LO

My QMX High Band Kit just arrived. It was accepted by DHL in Ismir on Weds 14th at 12:46 local and in my hands here in NW England UK at 10:40 GMT. That gives a transit time of a little under 43
