Re: Component challenge

Oops, sorry Lasse, Jerry's right, it's the 68 that's missing, not a 680. But still, you can carry on with the other bands. To Jerry's point, it is important that you get the right type of capacitor

Hi Bruce, Thats good to know . So after 12hr with this battery mod, I assume? the clock would come up instantly, but the info might be dated until it finishes a refresh cycle at some point? Honestly,

It was sampling at 50K samples/s(k shouldn't have been small caps?), vs 1G samples/s. Unless it is a sampling scope...you won't see what's happening. Phil, did you calibrate the probe and use it at

/g/QRPLabs/topic/qmx_kit_capacitor_marking/108616693 See that thread about the 33K marked one. Looks like you may be missing the 680pf one, though. I just ordered a 680pf from Mouser

I think respecting IP is important, so I sanded the front panel and painted it. By far not as nice as before, as it's nearly impossible to match the black of the solder mask (quite interesting to see

Not so. You have device manager which tells you if you are missing or have bad driver and this is where "informative" part of device manager ends. While on Linux systems component level diagnostics

Below is a sneak peak and teaser of what is coming with version 2 of the solution. I am still at early stages of testing. The PCB on the left is a crown jewel - it has 100% smd components, circuits

Cal, This is the latest revision I did to v1.2 Companion board. I have added two M3 holes - one is between JP102 and switch, second - next to the R1. These could be used to attach 10mm/8mm nylon
