3. The unit shows constant drain of 84 ma regardless of PA potentiometer setting. There is no special instruction related to potentiometer PA setting. We have only seen a writeup related to setting PA bias with OCXO.?
I am not where I can put my hands on it but there are instructions for setting the PA bias. If adjusting the pot doesn't indicate a change in power supply current then something isn't right
