Hi Linda, I just caught up with this.? If I had a ton more energy, I would get involved.
Do I understand correctly that what they are saying is that part-timers would get the same hourly pay as FT (equal pay for equal work) and equal benefits (not pro rated?)
I'm certainly for the goal:? full time work for all at a living wage.
