As I understand it, Lightroom just saves adjustments in a small file. When you export it then it creates an image file with the adjustments made. This way you can still have the original image for adjustments down the road.?
Others with more experience may correct me.

Both shots were handheld, it was the D7200 but the exif data was not on the image, is this what happens when you use tubes? I had only just got the tubes so I was trying to see what they would do. 1 question, when you play with an image in lightroom does it save all of the changes and overwrite the image or does it save a copy of the changed image?
