How do I keep AC Log straight on settings/credentials if I'm logging for another call sign (like a club call)? 11
I use N3FJP AC Log for my own logs and for our Scout Camp Club (K4TBS). We have an event coming up and want to use AC Log because of seamless integration into WSTJ-X, Fldigi, etc., but I've run into an issue. If I'm not very careful, credentials for my personal get used on the club call or vice versa. Because of this, I've turned off auto upload features in LOTW/QRZ. I have AC Log set to prompt setup when starting, but it does not seem to save these based on the log file being used. It seems to be based on the last settings. The club has it's own LOTW account and it's own QRZ log. The credentials for uploading to QRZ/LOTW do not seem to be saved based on the log file being used and if I'm not very careful, I could accidentally upload my personal to the club or vice versa. Deleting these would be a nightmare (especially from LOTW). Does anyone else similarly manage personal log and a club log with AC Log? How do you manage this? Manually? Is there a script I can setup to do all this for me either before or after launch of AC Log? Or do you just not try to do this and use another logger to do your club? K4ZX

What is " CCC > " ?
In the ACLog DX Spotting tool, I occasionally see "CCC >" This morning, I saw "KN2D de VE7CC-1 29-Apr-2025 1251Z CCC >" What does that mean? Thanks and 73, Ken KN2D

exception list for eqsl 6
When doing downloads from eqsl if there is an entry which is downloaded that is a missmatch or no match to the log then you are given the option of creating this in the log. I really don't like doing this as a lot of the time the entry is not one I want in my log. (I have had several where I was not even on the air that day and some other missmatches) But if you ignore then then all you get is a notice that there was some missmatches. Is there a way to get an exception list that you can then look at and deal with in a cleaner and more logical manner?

Does N3FJP have this feature 7
N1MM+ has a feature that works as such: While hunting and pouncing, you either work a station or unsuccessfully try to work a station (N3FJP for example) on a specific frequency (7.210 for example). When you scroll up and down the band with the VFO, N1MM+ remembers that N3FJP is on 7.210. When you land back on 7.210, the software lets you know that more than likely, N3FJP is the station you're hearing. You can then click on the callsign and it puts it into the callsign field, but of course doesn't log it. Is there a N3FJP feature for this in any of the logs? -- B. Upgrade to Windows 11 Question. 7
I am very close to ordering a New Windows 11 Hardware / Software. Not happy, but based on some other Software I run on my Windows 10 machine from a Financial Perspective. Everyone seems to be saying... We will stop supporting you when Microsoft does. Yea it will work, but limited functionality. Oh I hate this... I am currently on Windows 10. I am starting to do some Prep work now for ACLOG. I am on the current version of ACLOG, so I went ahead and downloaded the latest installer. I have all my Key's ready. I have a Full Export of my Log to ADIF and will continue to have a current copy. My plan is to move my current Primary Machine next to me, and then Install the New Hardware. Then start re-installing everything. My question is, I had done some Customizations adding a POTA Field to my Main Screen, and I am sure there are others I can't remember. So is there a File in ACLOG from my current Primary Machine, that I can restore to the "New Install" of ACLOG that will put those changes back, then I just do the Restore of my ADIF Data? I am keeping the Same Monitors, Keyboards, etc... So it would be great for something like this. Thanks, Keith, K4KAL

Ideas / Recommendations for CW logging for field day. 5
I'm pre-planning for field day and I had someone reach out to me with some questions on CW logging. He is going to join us this year and do CW only. He does have some hearing loss, but otherwise very capable of doing CW, however he is not very keyboard proficient. Last year, he would write it down and we had someone sitting beside him typing it in as he finished the QSO. That meant he could only operate while someone was sitting with him as he felt he wasn't quick enough. He also felt he wasn't literate enough with the software to not make a mistake, but I think he did fine, he just felt he was too slow when doing it. He wants to know if there is a way to decode the CW and push it into logger for him. He uses an AEA Morse Machine, but I think the difficult part is going to be the reception and callsign population of the sending stations. I've tried doing auto-cw stuff myself when logging and found it quite lacking and often prone to more errors than he would ever make. I would like to try to find something that would potentially help him out, though. Send me your suggestions or questions and I can try them out ahead of time and see what works the best. Thanks! Ever Seen This? 4
Scott, This just recently started¡..I¡¯m sure it¡¯s user error or something with my computer but just wondering anyone else has seen this and what they found causing it. I hit TX in WSJT-X and N3FJP shows the corresponding call sign, frequency, and mode but the other data for QSO is blank and then this dialog box pops up. As soon as I click ¡°ok¡± all the data populates for the log and I keep moving. This happens about 80%of the time regardless of frequency. Doesn¡¯t happen on FLDIGI, JS8Call, etc. It¡¯s an annoying thing and I don¡¯t know if it¡¯s my API settings, RFI, witchcraft, or some other thing. Again, not a software issue just something else. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks and really appreciate software! Thanks, Paul

Force "Carry OTHER data forward" ? 3
The OTHER fields in my installation are for things I like to carry forward from record to record, changing only occasionally. I use Fill Behavior "Previous Record" for those fields and that works very well when I enter QSO info directly in ACLog. When I use other software that logs via API, i.e. HunterLog, those fields don't get carried forward. That's perfectly understandable since that software has no awareness of those fields. and can't be expected to duplicate them. Is there a setting or workaround, other than Bulk Edit that can perform that action. Be aware that "No" is an acceptable answer. ACLog is fabulous regardless.
