Ever Seen This?

Scott,
This just recently started¡..I¡¯m sure it¡¯s user error or something with my computer but just wondering anyone else has seen this and what they found causing it.

I hit TX in WSJT-X and N3FJP shows the corresponding call sign, frequency, and mode but the other data for QSO is blank and then this dialog box pops up.

As soon as I click ¡°ok¡± all the data populates for the log and I keep moving. This happens about 80%of the time regardless of frequency. Doesn¡¯t happen on FLDIGI, JS8Call, etc.

It¡¯s an annoying thing and I don¡¯t know if it¡¯s my API settings, RFI, witchcraft, or some other thing. Again, not a software issue just something else.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks and really appreciate software!

Thanks,
Paul

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your e-mail.? I don't have any insights on what you describe specifically, but the only relevant setting in AC Log is to enable the API.? Once enabled, all the subsequent behaviors are controlled by any settings that you have set in the connected program, not AC Log.

Perhaps someone else will have more specific ideas for you.

Enjoy!

Try disabling the hamdb lookup. It¡¯s having a hard time looking up the call. Maybe something changed in their API or the location of their API.?

sounds like normal logging is enable in wsjtx, and it is responding correctly.??
