I've never used RECALL. POTA seems like a situation where it would be useful. If working a multi-op station, use RECALL and change the callsign. If working a 2-fer, RECALL and change the park. In the

If you do it this way don't check for duplicates in your log without checking for pota numbers. I am not sure if there is a way to include sig_info in dupe check sent by ve3wej on samsung
