Try disabling the hamdb lookup. It¡¯s having a hard time looking up the call. Maybe something changed in their API or the location of their API.

The OTHER fields in my installation are for things I like to carry forward from record to record, changing only occasionally. I use Fill Behavior "Previous Record" for those fields and that works very
