After entering the Call, you can either Tab to the next Field (59 for the WPX log), then Tab again for the Serial Number Field.
Or you can Mouse Click on each of those Field locations - works the same

I think you have to do that at the LOTW site, and pay a small fee for DXCC credit. I do it when I have 10 or so new countries who replied to LOTW.
