The grids on QRZ are not always accurate, nor are the Counties. The locations can be moved to anywhere by the callsign owner. Many I have seen are in the center of town or out in the middle of the ocean if the op doesn't want the exact location known to the public. The only way to know the proper grid is to get it during the QSO.
