Motor mount Wobble

Yes seen this before. ? ?This is why I think moisture. ? ?But since you received it so quickly I would have expected it to play up Twist, tap and vibrate the HC and cable also subject it to cold.

Well it turned up about lunchtime, so I unpacked and set it up on the bench for ? an hour. No problems. Powered it all off, and then removed and re-seated the CPU and motor control ICs. Powered it

Ian Ok? few thoughts. If you want either Michael or I have replacement HCs (Michaels closer, in USA...I'm a long way away, Australia). But that would mean swapping parts without diagnosis of proof.

look up local noon where you are on NOAA solar calculator or other site. There is a phone app as well. Any vertical pole around or stake you put in, the shadow cast will be the exact rotational axis
