Did more testing this morning. Running WSJT-X direct to DigiRig Mobile as Com3 with CAT control verified and have both RX and TX audio linked.? As before I can see beautiful RX audio on the WSJT-X waterfall and decoding is happy.?
When I TX in DIG mode, I see a tall audio spike in the TX-500 band display as expected but zero DIG audio level and zero TX power on the radio meter. Radio Power out is set to 100%.? BP-500 Discharge meter goes from 1W on RX to 10W on TX.? Adjusting menu 09 Gain:DIG has no effect on TX power levels.
I was able to make FT8 contact but my signal report was -22 so something is working, just very, very low power. That station was close to me and my RX report was +10.
What am I missing?
