Incorrect address showing for one of our members
In our VVARC club we have a member, KE7KHE, that is displaying an incorrect account address. The address on his FCC record shows the correct address in NV. The map in HCOL is also showing the correct

1. Not sure where you're getting that 45 days because your club is set up for a 30 day notice.
2. that's one or the reasons I really discourage clubs using the "everything expires on a set day",

Well that's how it's supposed to work, every day we download updates to the fcc database (but because of how the FCC works, they're always a day behind) and then we update our database to reflect

If they've ever logged in, you can't change the email, only I can do that.

He *can't*.
You added him in error, you need to change the email address of the bad account to somehting like firstname.lastname@..., cancel any memberships and mark him inactive.
