You record a donation, (which in accounting terms, means the person owes you money) then you record the payment as appropriate to offset it and result in a zero balance.

Note, in future, to save me time, just open a ticket with the actual users callsign, so I don't have to go hunting through your club and guessing. :)

Currently have one member of club, who's Account e-mail is a @att.net e-mail address and his Club e-mail is a @amsat.org e-mail address.? So talking with the member, the @att.net e-mail is correct,
