I went down that road. Can't find one online. I would need a double joint 1/4 inch.? That might be possible if I could find some parts.
Possibly a flexible coupling shaft or maybe you can rig up a shaft with a universal joint in it?

Anyone got any ideas now?? Looking for a cap is officially over.? Now unfortunately we must modify the radio.
If I use gears, knob rotation will be backwards.?
