My data base shows that this transistor has been replaced by 1853-0059. PNP, VCE-55V, IC-5A, PD-150W, FT-3MHZ, SI TO-3. -- This email has been checked for viruses by AVG antivirus software.

Here is the pad difference seen on? half of U1 shown with SO20W and other half with both SO20 and? SO20W. Routing is possible but a few tracks and vias had to be moved. SO20W and SO20 overlap. This
