I then decided to open my 70900B, have not done this since many years when I upgraded the firmware with the latest from my previous 70952B.
At that time I uploaded this latest firmware on KO4BB web site.
So I tested the battery and found 3.074v for a 3v battery, so my problem isn't this.
The battery model not replaced by me is a Panasonic BR-2/3A .
So the problem seems to be more complex than expected, may be a faulty memory ??
Question: Is there somewhere a memory test that could be run to test the memories of the 70900B memory CPU card?
Any suggestion to the person having experience with the 70900B logic ?

The problem is just when I load an HP DLP (70875A) within the analyzer I got this problem, otherwise in spectrum analyzer mode the MMS is working fine.
