Maybe you didn't get as far as page 9!
After the library is installed, you need to copy the files:
M0WID_Setup_ILI9341_TinySA.h
WA2FZW_Setup_ILI9341_TinySA.h
from the "TFT_eSPI Setup Files" folder included with this software into the "User_Setups" directory in the main "TFT_eSPI" library folder.
