I cannot find the group set up by the League of Women Voters or LWV called: Federal Action Roundup I have already been approved to enter this group by LWV

I recently created two new io groups but turns out not what I wanted. I just trying upgrade my original site? How do I delete these new groups

I'm looking for any advice - I renamed my group and did not realise the consequences of this. I am now unable to access the group at all as it now just says "site not reached". Is there any way to reverse this change and recover access to my group?

I just started a subgroup and the posts from the main are going to the subgroup. how do i keep main posts out of subgroup? this is a free account from before 2020. I have another subgroup that i created in 2024 and the main posts do not go out to this subgroup. I have compared the settings in all the groups and can not figure this out. When i google it it tells me how, but that option is not on the screen. basically i have a group for 1 "club" created pre 2020 which has a lot of good FREE features, I want to have a group for another "club" with the same FREE features. So i set it as a subgroup. I like the calendar and the ability to setup events and have them sent out via EMAIL prior to the event. thanks in advance -CB

I don't appear to be able to personalize the welcome message on my premium group for a direct add, nor a free group for an invitation. I'm running Windows on an HP desktop pc. Is anyone else having this issue? Thank you.

Hello I've been asked if the discussions we have on groups.io in our small private group are scraped and used as a training dataset by AI firms? I'm saying that I don't think they are and that groups.io works well for people who are not/don't want to communicate via Facebook or google groups. Any suggestions from this group on what else I could say to people who (like myself) are not tech-savvy would be much appreciated - many thanks. why are some groups closed without justification for copyright infringement but others are not? is it just a pick and choose?

I know of 2 groups that have been reported several times. Hi; I'm in a pet loss group that allows photo albums of our pets, but notice that some photos are so blurry they are hard to look at. When I tried posting photos of my own departed cat, mine were so blurry I removed them. Is there an optimum file size or something? How can we make our photos clear for viewing? Thanks so much!

Good morning, Group, I am the moderator of a group that has recently become active after a long dormant period. I see that as moderator, I am able to change the group's email address in general settings. I would like to make this change because the group's original mission has changed from one specific topic to another. The current email address references the old specific topic. If I change the address, say from "[email protected]" to "[email protected]," will everyone's subscriptions remain intact? I would give everyone fair warning beforehand. Dear Team, Please, is anyone able to advise about this? I posted a time-sensitive message to my group - /g/gordonbeal/message/2470 - over 3 hours ago, but, although it appeared on the website immediately, it hasn't yet been distributed to members. I don't want to post it again unecessarily, as it might mean people get it twice (which would muck up the numbering system, and might cause some members to unsubscribe if they feel they're getting too many messages). But how long should I wait to be sure that the message I posted isn't going to be distributed? Hi, again, I'm wondering if it's possible to export data (which I tried by the way) and it's a bunch of computerized squares which groups. io sent to me in a Zipdrive. Does anyone know what application I need to be able to read it? Or if there's a way to export the messages and of course be able to read them? Thanks again! Donnell Bell

I'm an Amateur Radio junky: When I'm not busy building some circuit or an antenna or talking on one of my radios I'm busy reading/sending emails with other hams all over the world... At last count, I'm a member of 200+ email groups on Groups.io and Owner/Moderator of 56 other groups... There should be 12-step meetings for folks like me... Hmm, maybe I should start that group... So here is the problem: I'd like to move some of the groups I'm a member of to a 2nd email address... This will keep from flooding my primary email inbox... I can't find anything in the Owners or User manuals about this... The only thing I see seems to point to changing my Group profile for ALL my groups... That won't do as I want to split my groups between two email addresses... Do I have to unsubscribe from each group one at a time and rejoin with a new email address and possibly have to create a 2nd Groups.io profile?
