Changing subgroup owner
Glenn Glazer
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýThe set up is this:* I am the owner of the main group * I am not the owner of a subgroup * The owner of the subgroup is not very web savvy, would like to do this for them. * The owner of the subgroup is no longer in the subcommittee the subgroup corresponds to. How do I change the owner of the group to the new subcommittee chair (who is in the subgroup) so that I can remove the old one who is currently the sole owner and thus can't be removed? Best, Glenn --

How do I change the owner of the group to the new subcommittee chair (who is in the subgroup) so that I can remove the old one who is currently the sole owner and thus can't be removed?Just edit the member record of the person you want to make the new owner and change their role to Owner. Then edit the one that is currently the owner and change their role to Member. Regards Andy |
