The set up is this:
* I am the owner of the main group
* I am not the owner of a subgroup
* The owner of the subgroup is not very web savvy, would like to do
this for them.
* The owner of the subgroup is no longer in the subcommittee the
subgroup corresponds to.
How do I change the owner of the group to the new subcommittee chair
(who is in the subgroup) so that I can remove the old one who is
currently the sole owner and thus can't be removed?
