if you are a moderator/owner and your group allows No Mail. You could temporarily change their delivery option and then change it back once the special email has been delivered to everyone?else.?

There is none.? Awhile back, someone sort of did it by creating a subgroup, but didn't allow the suprisee to be a member, but that's not guaranteed.
