That's good advice for Gemini 1 / Level 4. This was fixed in Gemini-2 L5, so that precision pulse-guiding became the default and only available option. For Gemini-1, turn it off if it's turned on.

I reported an issue with MaxIm DL 6 not nudging properly using the Gemini Telescope ASCOM driver. I would choose "nudge" 10 arcsec and the scope would move way to far. The issue is NOT with MaxIm.
