Success! Thank you everyone again for all your help. I ordered a PIC2 programmer from Amazon (about $26). The stock ribbon cable pins it came with were too wide to plug directly into the sockets on my Gemini 2 tallboy motherboard, so I had to make some jumper wires using doorbell wire. I downloaded and installed the LOSMANDY PIC2 software, I then figured out that I had to find the Servo 3.0 firmware hex file, I located and downloaded it. Then I installed it into both sockets. The Gemini now shows that I have version 1.60 HC, ?version 6.00 Mainboard and version 3.0 Servo firmware. Everything seems to be working good, and no more crazy beepin.??

Okay, now to get up to date you want to update to the current Gemini-2 release L6.1 and HC v1.63 which has some nice additional features.? AFAIK with your fresh L6.x installation you only need to replace 2 files.? The main Gemini L6.1 and the Hand Controller v1.63 file.? I'm sure the main folks here who write this stuff will tell you if this is correct.?
