We add goat milk kiefer as the last step. Any nausea we take ginger, we just leave slice ginger boiled in water on the stove to quell any nausea with just a few sips

Yes, as Doug said, if it has a bad smell and taste, your oil is rancid. It is awful if that is the case. If the oil is not rancid, it should not make you gag. Once you have prepared the mixture,

I am wondering what is making you gag is it the texture of the pudding or is it the oil or is it the cottage cheese that¡¯s too tangy for you or exactly what? I¡¯ve had indigestion from the oil. I

Perhaps try adding a couple ounces of kefir.Makes it? thin and it will liquefy it more.Will not be as thick....if that is the reason for your gagging.

I also use Kefir to thin my FOCC.....not goat's milk, but from the grain.Have been using it for years now. Kefir, a low cultured milk,? is high in probiotics.Ron
